“I am still at awe, not knowing what hit me.” One minute I was sitting at home not knowing where else to turn to, the next minute I was already making arrangements to have my property taxes paid in full two days before the deadline. I had been conversing back and forth with one agency for a month and the other for two weeks. Making telephone call after telephone call, faxing personal info back and forth and still yet one promise after another being broken. I had finally given up and decided that we were going to have to go to court or loose our home. Out of the blue, by some miracle or some God send… I received a phone call, the young lady on the other end of the phone introduced herself as Wendy and started informing me about their services, I was about to hang up since all hope was gone, but for some reason her pleasant voice and reassurance of making it possible to have our taxes paid by the deadline, which seemed impossible after working with other agencies for weeks and it being the start of a weekend, I decided to listen to her thinking what can I loose. It sounded unreal, it sounded impossible, but she kept reassuring me and guaranteed that I would not be disappointed. Within an hour or tow, everything started rolling. No faxes, no info needed, other than a couple of confirmations, she already had all our personal info, tax information, etc. etc. Still I was a little bit skeptic about the whole offer that seemed too good to be true. A couple of hours later, I got yet another call, it was a gentlemen informing me that our loan was approved and that a meeting was schedule the very next day with a notary public that would even come to our home to do the closing. He was supposed to arrive at 4:00 PM but at 1 o’clock that Saturday on the 29th of June, I received another call advising me that the notary could meet with us at 2o’clock if we wished since they knew that we were anxious to take care of this matter. Promptly the notary public arrived and with an hour or so, it was all over and one. He left and my husband and I just looked at each other and said “what just happened?” Everything happened so fast… Again still skeptical about the whole thing, I called the lady named Wendy and again asked “are you sure our tax money is going to arrive on time?” she advised me that the checks were being drawn as we spoke. I will be forever thankful to this young lady Wendy and Property Tax Solutions for coming through with their promises, their guarantees and for taking this big load off our backs and allowing us to enjoy our home once again.
